Yes, we do. Every art work and production mold will be saved in iLapelPin.com’s warehouse for 12 months free of charge. Clients place any reorder during this 12 months, will not be charged for production mold.

While period exceeds 12 months, iLapelPin.com’s sales consultant will contact clients for either continue keep the mold or destroy it.

CMYK and RGB are two kinds of is color mode.

CMYK is used for printing sector while RGB mainly used in digital display sector.

C Stands for Cyan, M Stands for Magenta, Y Stands for Yellow, K stands for Black.

R Stands for Red, G Stands for Green, B stands for Blue.

For Photo Dome Lapel Pin, there are two ways to display clients’ photos: silkscreen print and offset print.  Both of them are wildly used in printing sector. The main different between them is the color presentation:

Silkscreen Print: mainly used in simple design items with few colors.

Offset Print: Mainly used in complex design and it can present the gradient colors.

Based on clients’ address, goods will be delivered by TNT or UPS or FedEX Or EMS. Sea Shipping is also available.

iLapelPin.com accepts T/T, West Union and L/C. Currently we do not accept credit card.

iLapelPin.com’s payment term is 35% T/T Payment in advance and 65% T/T Payment after inspection before delivery.

We guarantee to provide the highest quality products and unmatched dedication to customer service. Each order has an internal standard operation procedure to follow which minimizes error rate. After all details are confirmed, the production process will be start. Plus our 100% inspected before delivery, we ensure every single pin you received will be 100% perfect and we take full responsibility if any pin goes beyond acceptance. The not accepted items will be replaced with no extra cost.

Defaultly, the pins will be individually poly bagged. Alternatively, numbers of packaging options to enhance the look of your pin is available. Such as printed cards, PVC display box, wooden gift boxes .etc. Kindly inform your sales consultant about packaging before delivering.

All pins include a default butterfly clutch attachment at iLapelPin.com. Additional attachment options are also available. Kindly request a attachment list from your sales consultant and confirm it before placing order.

If production work didn’t start, orders can be cancelled without any extra charge. Once production process is ongoing, cancellations will be subject to charges based on costs incurred up to time of your request. Please kindly understand.

If production work didn’t start, any revise or modification is acceptable with no additional cost. And we do not support any art work changes after production process is ongoing. Any changes after production will consider as a new design.

Incorrect slider name. Please make sure to use a valid slider slug.

After order confirmed, it will be put into production immediately. The production needs 5-20 working days based on different design, order quantity, color quantity.etc. Normally for the simple stamping and casting items, production process is relatively simple so the  delivery time is within 7 working days.

After we receive your artwork successful, 24 working hours later the proof will be sent to you for approval.

After we received your idea or a napkin drawing we’ll need to design upon ideas which need time to communicate until our designed artwork be approved by your, So 24- 48 working hours are needed based.

The most common materials for Lapel Pin are copper, brass, iron and zinc alloy. We can also provide products made from aluminum and stainless steel upon request.

For color filling, we use environmental friendly paints which are highly accepted by markets.

A: If you have your own artwork, it will be much easy. Just submit your artwork online or by email ([email protected]). Once our sales consultant received the artwork, a proof will be offered to you in 24-48 working hours. After proof proved and order confirmed by you, we will start production work and Lapel Pins will be delivered after balanced payment received. This is our default order process. Client who orders challenge coin, medal, badge.etc, will follow this process also. Below chart shows the general order process.

Illustrator or .eps vector art work is highly recommended. Files like .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp are also supportable. Kindly note to enlarge the art work 4 times larger than the actual pin size. (If you need  pin 1 inch then the file need to be 4 inch ).  Also, the use of Pantone Matching System colors in your art work is highly recommended.

All the sizes listed on our website represent the most common sizes for Lapel pins (1″, 1.5 ″, 2″ .etc). As long as the design is producible, we can custom it. Basically, we can produce pins range from 3/4″ to 3″. For smaller or bigger one, kindly contact our sales consultant for the latest information as you know technical updates swiftly.

The minimum order quantity is 100pcs per design. Any shape, color changing will be considered as a new design.

For artwork submitting, ways includes but not limited as below:

Option A: Online submitting. You may visit this page. Fill a form and upload your artworks. The file size limitation is 10MB for online submitting and only one file is supportable. If you have multiple  files, kindly submit them individually one by one or Compress files in one .zip or .rar format file to submit.

Option B: Direct Emailing. Email your artwork to [email protected]. No file size limitation.

Option C: SNS: Save contact number: +86 18114519046, send artwork by iMessage or Whatsapp or Wechat, Viber.

Option D: Third Party. Upload your artwork to any cloud server (google driver, dropbox .etc) and give us the address for downloading.

Option A,B,C and D are highly recommend due to the swiftly and conveniently.

Option E: Social Media. Visit our LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pintrest Page to send Private Messages or leave comments to let our sales consultant contact you. Kindly noted this way may take a relative long time cause our social medial pages are running by external SEO marketing team.
